Weather: the state of the atmosphere at a place and time including temperature, rain, and more.
Climate: the weather conditions prevailing in an area in general over a long period of time.
Barometer: an instrument that measures atmosphere pressure.
Anemometer: an instrument used to measure wind and speed
Air mass: this is a large body of air where temperature and moisture content are similar throughout.
Anticyclone: this is the rotation of air around a high-pressure center in the direction opposite to Earth's rotation.
Cloud: this is a collection of small water droplets or ice crystals suspended in the air, which forms when the air is cooled and condensation occurs.

What is the difference between weather and climate?
Weather reflects short-term conditions of the atmosphere. And climate is the average daily weather for an extended period of time at a certain location. So the main difference is weather is short-term and climate is over a longer period of time.
